This Code of Conduct is our shared guideline for how we conduct ourselves toward colleagues, business partners, and society.
1. Human Rights and Working Conditions
Even though we are a smaller company in Denmark, we take our global and human responsibilities seriously. We respect and support internationally recognized human rights.
Equal opportunities and no discrimination: We evaluate each other and our partners based on skills, effort, and behavior. Discrimination based on gender, race, religion, age, disability, or sexual orientation is not tolerated.
Safe work environment: We prioritize health and safety highly – whether in the office, in the workshop, or on-site at our customers' facilities.
Proper conditions in the supply chain: We strongly distance ourselves from any form of forced labor and child labor, and we expect our subcontractors and partners to do the same.
2. Respect and Good Conduct among Colleagues
In a small company like Mouldflo, we depend on each other every day. A great work environment is created through the way we interact with each other on a daily basis.
Zero tolerance for harassment: Bullying, crossing personal boundaries, and any form of physical or psychological harassment are unacceptable. Mouldflo must be a safe place to work for everyone.
3. Speak Up (Open Door Policy)
These rules are in place to protect all of us. If you experience anything that goes against this Code of Conduct – whether internally among colleagues or with a business partner – you are expected to speak up.
Mouldflo has an "open door" policy. This means you can always safely approach management to discuss a concern without fear of negative consequences for your employment.
4. Professional Conduct towards Partners and Customers
Our customers and suppliers must always experience Mouldflo as a trustworthy, professional, and decent partner.
Integrity and honesty: We keep our promises. We are transparent about our products' capabilities, pricing, and delivery times.
Mutual respect: We treat our business partners with courtesy and respect, and we expect them to treat us and our employees the same way.
Zero corruption: We never engage in bribery, hidden kickbacks, or other unethical business practices. Any gifts given to or received from business connections must always be kept at a modest, transparent, and reasonable level.
Confidentiality: We protect both Mouldflo's and our customers' confidential data, intellectual property, and trade secrets with the utmost care.
