1. Introduction

1.1 This policy about collection, usage and protection of personally identifiable information (hereafter “the policy”) describes how Mouldflo A/S, VAT. DK36459344 (hereafter called “us”, “we” or “ours”) as data controller collects information from you, when you use our website as well as which personally identifiable information we collect and use about you as our customer’s contact person.

 

2. Which information do we collect about you when you are using our website and for what purpose?

2.1 When you are using our website to look for information about our products and services, we are using a series of cookies, which are enabling the functionality of the website, collecting useful information about users and helping us improve your user experience.

2.2 Cookies are small text files that are stored or that access previously stored information on the user’s computer, tablet, or smartphone through their web browser. It enables the connected systems at the site to recognize your browser and to collect and store certain information.

These third parties include Facebook and Google who both uses cookies to help target relevant people who might be interested in visiting our website. 5. Which information do we collect when you enter personally identifiable information through our website?

5.1 We only collect the relevant personal information you consent to when you enter them through our website. When you subscribe to our newsletter through our website, we ask you to put in your name, email and other relevant information. Your personally identifiable information is automatically deleted if you unsubscribe from our newsletter.

5.2 When you fill out a request form, contact form or register to access our download page, we ask you to put in your name, email and other relevant information. You consent to us collecting this information when you enter it on the website. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

 

6. Which personally identifiable information do we collect about you as our customer’s contact person and for what purpose?

6.1 Mouldflo collects data that are given by you as a contact person for our customer or which we receive directly from our customer’s headquarters. We process your personally identifiable information in a CRM-system to track history of our activities. This information can for example include:

Title, name, work phone, work e-mail (hereafter: “General Contact Data”)

 

7. On what legal basis does Mouldflo collect and process personally identifiable information?

7.1 Collecting and processing of the general contact data is necessary in order for Mouldflo to carry out our legitimate interests and run a business. This basis is described in the Privacy Regulation article 6, 1, litra f, that deals with the rule for balancing of interests,

 

8. Do we share your personally identifiable information with anyone else?

8.1 We share your personally identifiable information with ZOHO, a CRM-system used to control dates of history and activities with you as a contact person

 

9. For how long do we store your personally identifiable information?

9.1 We delete your personally identifiable information if we learn that you are no longer a contact person for our customer. However, we keep your personally identifiable information to the extend that is required by law as is for example the case with accounting data covered by the accounting legislation.

 

10. What rights do you have as a registered contact?

10.1 As a registered contact you have a range of rights that we can help you with. Your rights include the following:

(a) You have the right to get insights into which personally identifiable information we have collected about you, with what purpose we are using the personally identifiable information and whether we share the information with others.

(b) You have the right to correct incorrect personally identifiable information about you

(c) You have the right to have your personally identifiable information deleted

(d) In some cases, you have the right to limit the use of your personally identifiable information, so that we only store it for a certain period of time

(e) You have the right to object to our usage of your personally identifiable information on the basis of causes that concerns you specific situation.

11.1 This policy will be updated in compliance with existing legislation, but as a minimum once a year.
