Do you need to calibrate your manifold before use? 

- Don’t worry, you can have us calibrate your manifold for you. 

When you purchase a new manifold, you can have us perform and certify the validation of the manifold for you. Or you can purchase our calibration unit and do the validation yourself.  

We recommend that you calibrate your manifold at least once a year.

Aluminum Manifold

- RECOMMENDED FOR ALUMINIUM MOULDS

 

The aluminium manifold is extruded with integrated T-slots on two faces for flexible mounting. The manifold is robust and has a black anodised aluminium exterior to resist corrosion. The design is compact and integrated, meaning that the manifold consists of very few separate parts. 

It is available with 4, 8 or 12 ports with standard 50mm between each. It has two 1,5" flow inlets and outlets, which offers maximum flexibility when mounting and connecting to the water supply.

 

Suitable for narrow spaces

The Aluminium manifolds are also available in short pitch versions with 35mm between each cooling circuit port, resulting in a more compact design, that can fit into very small spaces.

 

Customise your manifold

​To match your specific requirements the aluminium manifold is available in several different versions. You can customise your own manifold with a variety of different specifications to choose from: 

  • Flow range (1-15 L/min or 2-40 L/min)
  • Number of ports (4, 8, 12)
  • Pitch length (Standard (50mm) or short pitch (35mm))
  • Thread standard (BSPP or NPT)

Stainless steel Manifold

– RECOMMENDED FOR STEEL MOULDS

 

The stainless steel manifold is constructed from AISI304 stainless steel with easily accessible holes on two faces for simple mounting. The compact and robust manifold resists corrosion, thanks to the property of stainless steel.

It is available with 4, 8 or 12 ports with 50mm between each. It has two 1" BSPP flow inlets and outlets, which offers maximum flexibility when mounting and connecting to the water supply.

Mouldflo offers the stainless steel manifold in regular or High Temperature version, which goes up to 120°C (default is 95°C).

 

Customise your manifold

​To match your specific requirements the stainless steel manifold is available in several different versions. You can customise your own manifold with a variety of different specifications to choose from: 

  • Flow range (1-20 L/min or 2-40 L/min)
  • Number of ports (4, 8, 12)

The Mouldflo Monitoring System protects your moulds and improves the quality of your production, by quickly identifying cooling complications.

How does the Mouldflo system differ?

Traditionally the most common method for monitoring the cooling circuits within a mould has been water flow regulators. However, flow regulators suffer from several inherent problems that Mouldflo deals with:

short pitch manifolds

The Aluminium manifold is also available in a short pitch version, which means that the distance between the channels is shortened from 50mm to 35mm.

By shortening the distance between the channels, the manifold becomes even smaller, and can be placed in smaller spaces.

The change in size is significant.
The length of the 4 zone manifold goes from 225mm til 195mm, the 8 zone from 425mm to 320mm and the 12 zone from 625mm to 460mm.

High temperature manifolds

The High Temperature version of the manifolds provides the possibility of the cooling water's temperature to be up to 120°C.

Standard temperature for the manifolds are 0-95°C.
